Job Description
Support the USAR Depot Maintenance Program under the direction of the Project Manager.
The depot coordinator shall assist the USAR in preparing statement of works for equipment rebuild candidates if needed.
Coordinate with supported units to determine candidate rebuild availability. Identify assets by serial number for induction into the depot rebuild program.
Support commands in the region to mitigate problems in filling tasked quota, resolve scheduling conflicts, and other issues preventing delivery of assets too designated depot maintenance facilities in a timely manner.
Depot coordinator shall track all depot rebuild candidates from origination to completion on an all-inclusive spreadsheet with government specific information.
Provide monthly depot maintenance status reports to supported customers by serial numbers. Support the MWO, SOUM programs in support of the USAR programs.
Maintain a working knowledge of the Modification Management Information System (MMIS) and the ability to update such data being maintained.
Use available automated databases to maintain awareness of existing MWOs for equipment assets on hand for equipment within the region.
Develop management tools and databases to track MWO application and maintain current status.
Provide a monthly status report to supported OFTS Command and maintenance POCs.
Provide monthly MWO status reports to include- MWOs applied, MWOs not applied, MWOs past application due date. Similarly, provide monthly SOU/GP A/MA status reports to include SOU/GPA/MA applied and not applied Coordinate with the MWO/SOUM team lead and Life Cycle Support Commands (LCMCs) to facilitate MWO application and Ground Safety Notification System message compliance.
Work with regional maintenance personnel, and commands in the region to establish base status of MWOs applied and those needing to be accomplished. Identification of MWO, SOU, GPA, MA, and MI message applicable to equipment within the supported command(s).
Monitor and validate application of MWO and compliance of SOU/GP A/MA/MI information within MMIS.
Travel up to 30% of the time to conduct inspection visits to ascertain current level of compliance, and to validate initial MWO applications being performed by contract support personnel at maintenance/training facilities. Perform other supply, maintenance, and accountability inquiries as directed by the USARC Maintenance Division (G-4) staff.
Requirements
Shall meet or exceed the following minimum qualifications:
An active SECRET security clearance is required at the time of hire.
Shall have a minimum of three (3) years' experience in automated logistical functions, such as processing MWOs, Safety Messages, SOUMs, coordinating deploying/redeploying units' equipment Rest plans/execution, and use of automated systems, such as GCSS-A, Automated Reset Management Tools (ARMT), AESIP and FMS-web.
