Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor (MS) shall be responsible for the oversight of the Modification Work Orders (MWO), Safety of Use Messages (SOUM), Ground Safety Action (GA), Maintenance Advisory (MA), Maintenance Information (MI) messages. Works with the Program Manager and Project Lead over the surge COCO sites in work loading, schedules, forecasting and tracking of in and out of Army Reserve assets undergoing surge overhaul procedures. This will be accomplished by utilizing the use of automated systems, such as Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-Army), Automated Reset Management Tools (ARMT), Army Readiness Common Operating Picture (ARCOP), Army Enterprise Portal System (AESIP), and Force Management Support Agency Website (FMS web).
Requirements
An active SECRET security clearance is required at the time of hire
Experience: 5-7 years
Shall meet or exceed the following minimum job requirements: Maintenance Supervisors may be responsible for scheduling staff, assigning duties to staff, overseeing their work, conducting performance evaluations, training, and providing employee development opportunities. Manage, supervise, and execute maintenance as well as support activities by assisting COCO company sites. Assist with site environmental conformance as well as hazardous material programs. Inspect sites regularly to identify problems and address necessary maintenance shortfalls. Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work as per forecast workloads. Ensure to maintain adequate inventories of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), IE. (Tools, supplies and parts) to accurately repair all equipment. Conduct proper follow-through on all maintenance issues. Ensure to deal with resident maintenance issues in timely way working with maintenance staff. Ensures compliance to company safety and security standards, procedures, and policies. Ensure maintenance personnel wears and utilizes all safety equipment correctly as needed. Establish priorities, goals, and expectations to prepare action strategies and plans to accomplish the same working with team members.

· Facilitate Depot Warranty Claims
· Attend Meetings, Briefings, and Reviews
· Conduct Travel to COCO Sites
· Provides general oversight on all maintenance operational processes
