Position Overview
Riverside Research is seeking a part-time Senior Air & Space Technical Intelligence Advisor supporting a variety of customers across both the United States Air Force (USAF) and United States Space Force (USSF). The Senior Air & Space Technical Intelligence Advisor will be a key member of a team providing advice and assistance across a wide range of intelligence programs and analytic problems. This individual will be called upon to support focused studies, research projects, conduct strategic engagement, or respond to time critical analytical questions. Candidates will also support various aspects of the business development lifecycle to include opportunity identification, capture and proposal activities. Individuals must be proficient in standard office software applications and capable of devising practical and sustainable solutions.
Responsibilities
Provide technical and experiential insights across a wide range of air & space intelligence programs and analytic problems
Participate in focused studies or research projects within the air and space domains
Guide development of strategic initiatives or plans; provide recommended courses of action for implementation; prepare written reports
Review written products or assessments created by others; suggest edits, additional findings, or alternative solutions
Cultivate and maintain collaborative relationships with government and contract mission partners across the Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD)
Support various aspects of the business development lifecycle to include opportunity identification, capture, and proposal activities
Coordinate recurring or one-time meetings, working groups, or project teams; prepare minutes, track status of various projects, draft white papers/briefings and present recommendations to decision makers as required

Qualifications
Top Secret clearance with SCI adjudication
Master's degree in international affairs, business administration, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science, physics, math, history, or related fields
Intelligence professional with a minimum of 20 years' experience supporting all aspects of the intelligence cycle in both the air & space domains
Comprehensive understanding of the mission, structure and operations of the IC, DoD, services, and combatant commands
Comfortable interacting with senior leaders within the Air Force, the Space Force, the Intelligence Community, and Department of Defense
Self-motivated, detail oriented, responsible team player able to work independently with minimal daily direction
Experience managing resources (time, people, money) to accomplish assigned tasks
Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; strong written and verbal communication skills
Open to occasional travel
