Responsibilities
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
CM planning, identification, change control, status accounting, and audit
Work with internal and external customers to analyze CM issues
Work with internal and external customers to analyze and support audits and corrective actions
Provide advice and guidance on methods, procedures, and requirements to individuals responsible for the creation of documentation
Review metrics and perform audits to ensure CM processes and procedures are efficient and effective.
Coordinates, directs, and monitors deep dive and root cause analysis to identify opportunities to improve process and create efficiency
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications
Understanding of principles of EIA-649
At least 12-18+ years of CM experience
Associate's degree or CM certification
Working knowledge of CMMi
SharePoint experience
JIRA experience
Microsoft Office experience
US Citizenship Required
Top Secret Clearance Require
