Our Siemens Government Technologies Digital Industries Services organization is actively recruiting recent graduates for a Professional Services Software Implementation Consultant. You will start by attending our June 2025 Genesis Program. Through this program, you will undergo a ~16-week training course that will provide you with the tools needed to contribute to customer projects. After completing the training course, you will begin working full time with our customers to provide implementation and customization software solutions to our customers' challenges.
SGT Responsibilities post Genesis Training Program:
- Collaborate with industry experts to learn our best practices
-Core participant in estimating, planning, and scheduling deliverables, and tasks
-Play a key role in developing change initiatives for our customers to increase their efficiency and productivity
-Impact our customers' initiatives and business drivers
-Accelerate development in architectural design to fulfill customers' business requirements
-Provide support to control scope, cost, implementation, and quality
-Consult with users, management, and stakeholders
General Program Requirements:
-Fall of 2024 or Spring of 2025 college graduate with a degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering Technology, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering and/or Industrial Engineering
-University graduate with a minimum 3.0 GPA
-Willing and able to travel up to 50% after training program and/or relocation
-Exceptional communication skills
-Driven and self-motivated
-Strong technical leadership skills
-Successful completion of the ~16-week training course
Preferred:
-Open and willing to relocate to customer areas such as St. Louis, Missouri; Ogden, UT; Dallas, TX, Marietta, Georgia; Columbus, Ohio
-Previous internship experience
-Knowledge of engineering processes for design and product development
-Proficiency with configuration control and software installation practices
Location:
-Willing to temporarily relocate to Milford, OH to Siemens Training Center for ~16-week training program.
Security Clearance:
Special access programs will require US born, US citizenship with no dual citizenship held

-The salary for this role will not exceed $86,500.00. An annual incentive target also is part of the compensation package for this position. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
