ELECTRONICS PRODUCTION LEAD
Resonant Sciences LLC has an immediate opening for an Electronics Production Lead to join our team. The position provides an opportunity to join a fast-paced elite team. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Resonant Sciences is seeking an Electronics Production Lead to join a multi-discipline engineering and technical team supporting hardware development. We are seeking engineers with education and experience to work in a fast-paced environment analyzing, developing, building, and testing radomes, antennas, test fixtures, and electronic systems.
The selected Lead will have responsibility for and should have expertise in the following areas:
Provide management of several electronics production programs.
Support operations of Pick and Place and other electronics production equipment.
Support engineering in the development of BOMs, assembly drawings, Work Instructions, and Travelers.
Maintain inventory and traceability.
Provide the expertise to improve processes by reducing cost and schedule.
Ensure compliance with workmanship and quality standards.
Setup new production programs for future or upcoming work.
Support the build of one-off systems or engineering test units.
Perform other duties, as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Comprehensive knowledge of electronic manufacturing processes and equipment including Pick and Place machines.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
Good team leadership and training skills.
Working knowledge of quality standards (IPC / MIL-STD).
Five (5) years' experience in electronic production and manufacturing processes and techniques.
Knowledge of Electronic Components, Mechanical Components, and PCBs.
Must be able to read and interpret assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, technical instructions, Bills of Material (BOM) and Quality standards.
Computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Knowledge of National Instruments test equipment.
CITIZENSHIP/SECURITY CLEARANCE:
U.S. Citizenship required. Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
