Amentum is seeking a dynamic and highly qualified Senior Exercise Planner to provide technical services to perform Joint Exercise Program planning, exercise support, and project management associated with efficient execution and management in support of United States Army Pacific (USARPAC) G37.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
Support the USARPAC G37 and Joint Exercises in the planning, liaison with supporting and supported commands, management, execution, and documentation of all exercises in which USARPAC leads as Organization Conducting the Event (OCE) or is involved.
Develop or review general exercise/deployment plans and specific exercise programs, exercise objectives, concepts, Mission Essential Task Lists (METLs), Joint Training and Synchronization, Significant Military Exercise/Event Briefs, manning documents, table of organization, force lists, and support TPFDD validation.
Provide recommendations on establishing the exercise Joint Exercise Lifecyle (JELC), assist in managing the JELC through exercise execution, draft exercise documents for review, draft inputs to and review exercise briefs, and battle rhythm events.
Provide exercise planning conference and execution support, including administration, set up coordination, logistics, joint manning development, strategic movement, communications support, cost estimation, visit requests, security authorization lists, assessing performance and all issues affecting coordination, planning and executing the JELC.
Provide liaison for USARPAC in all matters regarding exercise data with "outside" agencies, to include related intelligence agencies, commercially contracted agencies and military program offices/commands.
Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of assigned joint exercises through the development of exercise documents, AMHS messages, and associated briefings as well as Master Scenario Events Lists (MSEL) training events and associated injection implementers designed to shape the flow of exercise events and training objectives.
Support shall include reviewing exercise funding and gathering and compiling related data and recommending prioritization of exercise-related funding requirements.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Approximately 20% travel annually, both to Mainland U.S. and Allied and Partner nations, in support of conferences, planning sessions, and exercises.
Minimum Requirements:
Experience with JELC at the operational level, to include JTIMS and ARTIMS entries, MSEL and METL development.
Experience with the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), Army Design Methodology (ADM), and Joint Planning Process (JPP).
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft applications.
Ability to effectively interface with various levels of employees and management.
Graduate of a Command and General Staff College.
Experience supporting and managing an exercise budget with multiple funding streams.
Bachelor's degree with minimum of 10 years military experience.
Active Secret clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Active Top-Secret clearance, with TS/SCI eligibility later during employment. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance.
5 or more years' experience as a component or Joint Exercise Planner.
Master's degree.
8+ years of experience at the brigade level or above.
Knowledge of the aspects of Multi-Domain Operations.
The salary range for this position is $120K to $160K. (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
