Operations Supervisor
Full-time, Non-exempt
JOB SUMMARY
Under the general oversight of the Operations Manager, the Operations Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the operational functions of PGE ESA Main and MFES Programs. The Supervisor will oversee the document support team, administrative staff, and provide strategic guidance to the Fresno call center. The Supervisor will be responsible for creating program efficiencies while coaching and mentoring staff.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor of Arts or Science - Business Management or Production Management preferred, or the equivalent and/or combined relevant experience
Three years of work experience managing multi-layered processes effectively
Two to Three years working with trade contractors and external stakeholders
Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Excel
Highly effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication sills, including public speaking
Strong skills in working independently, under pressure, conflict resolution and team leadership
Must have a valid California's driver's license and personal automobile insurance
Pay: Target Pay is $26 per hour, dependent on experience
