We have an outstanding Contract to Hire position for aJunior Salesforce Developer. This position is 100% remote.
Pay Rate: $85.00

Job Responsibilities:
Develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions using Configuration and Customization (APEX Class, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web components etc.)
Automate business processes using Salesforce automation tools, such as Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Flow, Assignment Rules and Email Alerts
Participate in daily scrum meetings, analyze assigned user stories, identify/resolve gaps in functional user stories/business requirements
Adhere to defined coding standards and develop well-structured, maintainable, and easy-to-understand code/configuration.
Perform independent code reviews and write unit/integration test cases to achieve 85% test coverage
Ability to effectively debug and resolve issues and/or defects that may be reported as a result of faults in the production system
Basic Hiring Criteria:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
1-3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud
Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications:
Additional Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
Experience with Salesforce DX and version control systems like Git
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes
Experience with Salesforce AppExchange products and third-party integrations
Understanding of business processes and how Salesforce can be leveraged to improve them
