· Pay: $28.00/HR
· Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30AM - 4:00PM
Job Duties:
Tracking projects from start to completion
Calling in dig tickets
Setting up hotel reservations for crews
Working with contractors and invoicing
Qualifications:
Must have degree in Business or Construction Management -OR- A Minimum of 2 years of equivalent experience
Microsoft Office Experience - Specifically Excel
QuickBooks experience - Required
Smartsheet experience is a PLUS!
PGE experience is a PLUS!
Excellent attention to detail
Confident Self-Starter
Fast Paced Environment
Work well with others
Experience in utilities or underground work is a PLUS!
Pay Details: $28.00 per hour
