As a Revenue Cycle Architect in our federal space, you will lead revenue cycle integration, workflow and technical design across all revenue cycle solutions and venues. You will influence workflow and technical decisions, articulating operational and financial impacts to client and company project teams.
This role will allow you to participate in executive level client discussions regarding revenue cycle expectations and opportunities for improvement. You will manage and resolve project escalations as point of contact for revenue cycle leadership as well as facilitate clinically driven revenue cycle (CDRC) conversations across venues. You will consult with business operations leadership, CFO's, CIOs, and revenue cycle leadership to define financial metrics, key performance indicators and areas of opportunity during implementations.
Responsibilities:
Supporting current state review, integration testing, pre go live activities, conversation, and post go-live support.
Documenting workflows across revenue cycle solution areas.
Presenting complex information to clients and stakeholders.
Working with product and IP team through customer business requirement requests.
Understanding configuration for registration, scheduling, charge services, HIM, patient accounting.
Understanding how custom worklists, custom tokens, and custom programs feed into the customer business requirements.
Facilitating discussions with clinical and client counterparts on CDRC improvements.
Facilitating meetings at go-live to track workload productivity.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
At least 4 years of experience in healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, or other client-facing IT solution roles.
An additional 4 years of work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-starter capable of independently handling tasks and projects.
U.S. citizenship required due to client contracts.
Must be able to obtain the appropriate government security clearance card applicable to your position.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree.
Experience in system design and build.
Experience in conversion and current state assessment.
Experience in workflow documentation.
Experience with integration between clinical applications and revenue cycle.
Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate complex information to clients and stakeholders.
Knowledge and experience with the following applications: BedRock, PFTTools, ProfitBusinessManager, Olympus, CSPricingTool, CSChargeViewer, Revenue Cycle, PowerChart, DFT / HL7 interfaces, Scheduling Appointment Book
Experience working with 3M Encoder, Health Benefits Manager, Cerner Contract Management.
Experience writing Cerner Command Language queries and programs.
Expectations:
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to an approved virtual location.
Willingness to travel up to 60% as required.
Ability to work additional or irregular hours as needed, in accordance with local regulations.
Strong ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Adherence to corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understanding your role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and taking appropriate actions to prevent and report any security compromises within the scope of your position.

US: Hiring Range: from $86,900 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
