This position is for a senior member of an ADP Flight Test Engineering team, providing support for all flight test activities. The candidate will be part of a fast paced, dynamic environment exploring state of the art technical solutions using thoughtful cost controls and techniques. You will be the Cost Account Manager (CAM) responsible for all Test and Evaluation control accounts.
These duties include leading, planning, budgeting, and managing the cost/schedule/technical performance for each assigned Control Account (CA) with a total span of control of $25M.
You will work closely with the Flight Test Lead and Test Team to ensure the program business rhythms provide the appropriate visibility required to ensure program performance is effectively monitored and complete all applicable tasks and actions in accordance with the EVMS requirements.
As CAM, you should be aware of all EVMS issues for all assigned control accounts with corrective actions in place that address the root cause(s) of these issues.
Travel, overtime, odd shifts, and weekend work may be required.
Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in leading projects from development to execution meeting cost and schedule constraints
Previous CAM or CAM delegate experience
Previous proposal, BOE, and/or negotiations experience
Risk and Opportunity Management experience
Demonstrated experience in affordability initiatives or projects
Desired Skills:
Familiarity with Flight Test programs is considered a plus
Strong communication, problem solving, root cause, corrective action, and closure skills
Lead discussions, determine resolutions to problems, and work issues to closure
Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams

Developmental test program experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $82,200 - $157,500. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
