Position Overview
RMGS, Inc. is currently recruiting a Logistics Planner and Graphics Support Specialist in Tampa, Florida. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform logistics planning actions
- Conduct analysis and provide recommendations to address a wide range of problems
- Support team with equipment and supply needs
- Create graphics in PowerPoint, Publisher, Photoshop, and other graphics software
- Provide administrative support, including managing calendars and schedules; coordinating, setting up, and attending meetings; taking notes; printing documents; creating presentation slides; and coordinating travel and creating itineraries
- Prepare briefs, presentations, papers, and other documents using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Access)
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Three years of experience working with U.S. military personnel at the strategic and operational levels
- Three years of experience developing verbal and written products
- Three years of experience planning large-scale events
- Two years of experience using web-based programs, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office applications, as well as Adobe Photoshop and other graphics software
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance
