Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Materials Inspector to join our team.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Ensuring that all materials meet project specifications and standards.
- Conducting material testing and analysis to verify compliance with quality requirements.
- Coordinating with suppliers and vendors to source and procure materials.
- Managing material inventory and ensuring timely delivery to the construction site.
- Addressing any issues related to material performance and quality.
- Maintaining documentation and records related to material specifications, test results, and procurement activities.
- Providing technical support and guidance to project teams on material selection and usage.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field with minimum experince of 8 years.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
- The Material Inspector is responsible for selecting, testing, and evaluating materials used in construction projects.
