Maritime Cyber Lead
The Opportunity:
As a Maritime Cyber Lead, you ask questions others don't. You understand the nuances of complexsituations. You use your skills to think bigger and push further, solving complex problems. We're looking forsomeone like you to help create solutions for missions that keep our nation safe.
As a Defense Mission Professional,you will apply your DoD and DON strategicpolicyexpertise to allow an acquisition organization to apply cybersecurity requirements to developing cyber-resilient systems. You will apply a thorough grasp of DoD and DON cybersecurity and acquisition governance andpoliciesto provide advice on security control implementation and available technology for the client's portfolio of systems. You'll provide executive-level support to senior government officials, including developing meeting material, representing the organization at senior-level meetings, and tracking tasker status through completion. You will provide limited oversight to both government and contractor employees. You'll bring your background towork on projects for our clients. You'll help identify, analyze, and evaluate complexsystems, policies, and processes in the Navy's fastest growing fields.

You Have:
10+ years of experience with DoD cybersecuritypolicy, strategy, or acquisition programs
10+ years of experience with undersea warfare
Experience in Submarines
Knowledge of systems engineering, platform control systems, or industrial control systems
Knowledge of Navy, NAVSEA, or maritime platforms and systems
Ability to develop senior-level communication products using clear and concise written communication
Top Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
Experience with the security and resilience of OT and IT networks
Experience with UUV and ROV
Experience with data engineering and analytics development in Splunk
Experience using CSAM or XACTA RMF management tools
Knowledge of Security Information and Event Management(SIEM)
Knowledge of Cisco hardware andsoftware for networking security
Knowledge of threat modeling, ethical hacking, and best coding practices
Possession of excellent analysis, client support, presentation skills, and verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or National Security
GIAC Security, Global Industrial Cybersecurity Professional (GICSP), Certified SCADA Security Architect (CSSA), or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
