Job Description:
Parsons are seeking an amazingly talented Public Authorities Interface Manager (Saudi National) who is innovative, pro-active and can succeed in a fast-paced environment. This role will provide vital support to the day-to-day operations of Infrastructure Program Team and ensure successful implementation of GR functions, company policies, and practices as required, establish and maintain relations with governmental entities and public authorities for the purpose of the project and its staff.
Daily interaction with government and quasi-government entities is necessary to conduct business, submits and ensures the processing of all types of applications and documentation to the local government bodies, including but not limited to employment or residence visas, trade license, labor permits and economic license.
What You'll Be Doing;
Establishes and manages communications with government and quasi-government entities as may be necessary to conduct business.
Provides assistance and submission of applications in relation to notarization of documents, translation, licenses renewals and other similar applications.
Maintains knowledge and record of all regulations and legislations for licensing activities and ensure appropriate implementation and prepare strategies for various business groups.
Submits and ensures the processing of all types of applications and paperwork to the local government bodies, including but not limited to employment or residence visas, trade license, labor permits, economic license etc.
Renews, updates and keeps up all employees and their dependents’ visas and work contracts on time to guarantee that organization’s records are up to date in the labor and Immigration Departments.
Proactively manages the timely renewal of all Employment Visas and Labor Permits, and company related licenses; makes sure all business and trade Licenses are updated, follows-up official approvals and permits, to prevent unnecessary violations.
Assists employees in the process of renewing visas for their immediate dependents.
Acquires visas from different Embassies in KSA for staff members for business related travels.
Maintains accurate database of employee’s documents and visa copies
Deals promptly and productively on general enquiries about PRO functions.
Ensures to comply with the organization’s rules and procedure to execute and deliver required services.
Collects and gives regular updates on all work and migration standards from the government offices to keep the office well informed for any changes in procedures and rules.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
What Required Skills You'll Bring;
Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
10 years of overall experience
Experience as PRO or GRO in KSA and/or licensing administration experience.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills (both Arabic and English), good typing skills in both English and Arabic.
Experience in KSA Labor law, extensive experience in the licensing and government approvals, proven interpersonal skills, attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in keyboard skills and the utilization of MS Windows and related word processing, with broad IT knowledge on all government official smart apps and websites.
