Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Asset Affairs Support Services Lead to join our team!
What You'll Be Doing:
Deploy and manage a full time Asset Affairs Support Enabling Services Contract Performance Area support team comprising of managerial and administrative personnel to work alongside Client to deliver the Scope of Services
Provide cross-department support for Client Management on both technical and non-technical aspect of the organisation.
Review the Learning and Development (L&D) activities within Client to ensure that the Departments have the optimal skills, knowledge and expertise to meet their objectives.
Review the business financial practices and recommend improvements to Client Management.
Provide support to AA Management on the review of existing Client policies and strategies.
Review the full suite of Client Management Systems to ensure that Client is operating in alignment with the Client and broader Governmental objectives.
Monitor the emerging trends across the Client Corporate Service areas and support AA Management in implementing the necessary changes required to readily adapt to shifts in the business demands/practices.
Develop protocols for keeping Management Systems up-to-date through routine auditing and reporting.
Identify the areas where AA may upgrade its corporate practices to become more agile and more reactive in its operations.
Draw on the in-house expertise and specialism of Client and seconded personnel.
Develop a recruitment plan which places Client at the forefront of sought-after employees.
Implement a comprehensive knowledge transfer process which will be in effect throughout the contract duration to guarantee the structured learning and development of PWA personnel.
Assess the transfer of knowledge through appraisals and implement succession planning processes to ensure that Client retains core knowledge, skills and expertise.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Finance and/or Financial Management or a relevant discipline is a minimum requirement. Postgraduate or doctoral degree is an asset
Qualified professional who has reached the Senior Management level; capable of providing planning, leadership, direction, and technical expertise to manage complex tasks and multi-discipline projects.
Minimum 25 years of experience in a relevant area, with at least 15 years in a leading role. Experience of supervising HR Affairs is an asset.
Both regional and international experience is required. Minimum of 8 years of experience shall be gained working in North America, W. Europe, Australia or equivalent
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages and other tools for daily business needs.
