This is a paid internship for summer session 2025. Key Job Responsibilities: Conduct research on legislative, regulatory, and public policy issues relevant to the organization Assist in preparing briefing material, reports and presentations that advance Nightwing GR strategy and outreach Research legislative developments, market trends and analysis, write summaries for the company intranet with regards to the Federal budget cycle and company impacts Support special projects such as outreach efforts to enhance engagement with governmental resources Attend Congressional hearings, briefings and events as needed providing notes and insights Support visits by NW leaders to Capitol Hill and by elected officials/staff to NW facilities as necessary Research current industry news related to Nightwing, other Aerospace & Defense peers, and emerging technologies to keep Nightwing aware of competitive landscape Requirements: Must be currently enrolled in a degree program related to Business, Public Administration or Policy, Political Science or related discipline Candidate may be a post graduate student pursuing a master's degree The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
