Quality Manager

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Quality Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to develop, implement, and oversight of the company’s overall quality profiles.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Design, implement, and maintain an effective Quality profile that aligns with objectives and complies with industry applicable standards.
• Establish Quality policies, processes, and procedures that ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency across all corporate and operational functions.
• Document and update Quality procedures, manuals, and records to ensure accessibility and compliance.
• Conduct regular quality audits to assess the quality effectiveness and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
• Analyze audit results and collaborate with departments to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Oversee the internal quality audit program, coordinating audits across departments and ensuring adherence to the quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, industry, and client specific standards.
• Prepare the organization for external audits and certifications, acting as the primary point of contact for quality and compliance matters.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce waste, and enhance quality across corporate functions.
• Establish and monitor quality Key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the quality effectiveness and impact on business objectives
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality processes, improvements and audit findings.
• Generate regular reports on Quality performance, including audit results, quality metrics, for senior leadership review.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze quality data and implement insights for system enhancements.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Quality Manager should have Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s Degree or MBA is preferred.
- 10+ years’ experience in in quality manger, with a focus on quality procedures and regulatory compliance in a corporate environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Qatar/GCC real estate market dynamics and regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Certificate in quality is preferred
- Project Management experience is advantageous.
- Arabic Speaking is preferred.
