Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Cost Engineer to join our team! In this role you will be responsibility for Parsons’s Cost Engineering for SAPL Qiddiya Infrastructure Partner (QIDP). Responsible and accountable for ensuring that all work is in full coordination with Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC).

What You'll Be Doing:
- Provides leadership to the Cost/QS Group and in conjunction with the Project Controls Manager assigns priorities.
- Monitors the review and coordination of project-related payments, i.e., payment certificates and invoices for contractors and consultants.
- Checks and approves work performed by the Senior and Cost/QS Engineers as necessary.
- Responsible to provide the financial report status of construction contracts and consultancy agreements that will be issued regularly.
- Manages the preparation and update of the monthly the cash flow expenditures and budget forecast for submittal to managment.
- Makes recommendations to management regarding variation orders, contractor’s cost proposals and engineer’s recommendations; and the cost impact of revisions or changes in design as required.
- Manages the checks and verification of the consultants estimates.
- Supports the tender process and financial evaluation of bids as required.
- Performs cost-benefit analysis as required.
- Monitors and reports on the progress any conditions which would affect project cost.
- Prepare the needed reports.
- Ensures adherence to all corporate, contractual, ethics and safety standards, policies, and procedures.
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Degree in Engineering or related discipline with minimum 6 years’ experience in construction projects, specifically management experience across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Advantageous to have extensive experience of significant PM/CM contracts.
- Cost Engineering Certified is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken.
