The Opportunity:

We have an upcoming opportunity to support the United States Central Command's Directorate of Intelligence (USCENTCOM J2) with strategic and tactical all-source intelligence analysis support. In this exciting opportunity you will conduct responsive, efficient, and reliable analysis and production to satisfy USCENTCOM's primary lines of effort (LOEs). This will include analytical requirements focused on counterterrorism, counter insurgency, regional and transregional issues, energy, socio-cultural, and/or assisting with collection methodology. Help assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that help protect the Department of Defense (DoD) and advance USCENTCOM J2's priorities in the Middle East.
Responsibilities:
As a Counterterrorism / Insurgency Analyst, you will provide Watch support on a permanent 24/7 rotational work schedule to track, monitor and produce timely and relevant all-source finished intelligence products on emergent/credible terrorism threats to U.S. interests in the CENTCOM AOR.
Prioritize and review intelligence message traffic from multiple sources and message handling systems, use basic geospatial and analysis tools to build and refine finished intelligence products, coordinate with U.S. and allied CT stakeholders and present their findings in written and oral forms to USCENTCOM leaders and other relevant customers.
Work cohesively with National and Defense Warning Enterprise counterparts to ensure timely warning is provided to force protection and theater defense elements to enable implementation of safeguards to protect U.S. personnel, dependents and facilities.
Provide Personnel Recovery analytic support and mission critical updates on U.S. Persons (USPERs) and allied foreign nationals held against their will by VEOs and state actors in the CENTCOM AOR.
Qualifications:
Required:
TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a CI Poly required.
Specialized training and 3 years of relevant experience, with at least a portion of that experience within the last 2 years
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.
Demonstrated ability to integrate as part of an analytical team, collaborate, and conduct coordination with national-level IC partners.
Ability to communicate effectively with senior military and civilian government officials, managers, and co-workers.
Desired:
ODNI's Intelligence Fundamentals Professional Qualification (IFPC)
Knowledge of USCENTCOM and DIA product lines
Deployment experience in the USCENTCOM AOR
Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$49,700 - $101,800
