Job Description:
GDIT is seeking a J2/Senior Service Intelligence Business Developer to support the Defense Intelligence business area, (DI) to leverage your expertise and relationships in the identification, qualification and pursuit of new business opportunities within the Combatant Command (CCMD) Intelligence Directorates, Service Intelligence Organizations and related markets. The focus of this position will be growing GDIT's business in the areas of Intelligence Analysis, Production, Collection, and Dissemination as well as enabling services. You will demonstrate a deep understanding of the Defense Intelligence Agency as well as the CCMD J2 Intelligence Directorates/Service Intelligence Organizations including their organizational structure, mission priorities and procurement methodology & tendencies, and competitive landscape both from a Prime and subcontractor perspective. The successful candidate will leverage this knowledge to develop customer and partner engagement plans and provide thought leadership in the marketplace leading to the development and execution of GDIT go-to-market account plans.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Candidate should demonstrate current relationships /network with Combatant Command J2's and Service Intelligence Organizations; and leverage their network and expertise to identify and develop growth opportunities
Provide critical leadership across the new business capture lifecycle - from opportunity identification, qualification, and win strategy development through the post submission phases of the Business Capture Process.
Work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team, formulate, communicate and implement an integrated growth strategy that provides customers a clear and defensible justification for selecting GDIT for the award
Develop, collaborate, and implement campaign plans and strategies to achieve growth in adjacent markets, maintain a firm comprehension of the customer's requirements, and develop/implement winning strategies that highlight strengths and mitigates weaknesses
Provide business development opportunities for Intelligence Community accounts.
Analyze markets for company offerings and services that present discriminators in the CCMD/Service Intelligence markets and recommend strategies to achieve marketing goals.
Meet with, and identify current and potential customers to ascertain their requirements and apprise them of company capabilities.
Develop proposals, solutions, plans of action, business plans, and marketing materials.
Provide support for all facets of business development across the new business capture lifecycle - from opportunity identification, qualification, and win strategy development through the post submission phases of the Business Capture Process.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Bachelor's Degree
U.S. Citizenship; Active TS/SCI Clearance required and CI POLY eligible
Proven ability to leverage existing and build new relationships as well as lead through influence at all levels of the organization.
Recent relationships /network with Combatant Command J2's/Joint Intelligence Operational Centers
Exceptional communication and presentation skills (to include prior experience in briefing senior leadership)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint.
Active engagement as a visible thought leader in the relevant customer eco-system(s).
Location: Hybrid must be willing to travel up to 50%.

The likely salary range for this position is $182,750 - $247,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
