CACI is looking for an experienced Audio Visual/VTC Facilitator in support to the SOUTHCOM customer in Doral, Florida.
Audio Visual/VTC Facilitators require excellent problem-solving and customer service skills, as well as thorough knowledge of AV/VTC hardware, software, and network connections. Audio Visual/VTC Facilitators must have expertise in scheduling VTC sessions in VTC bridges, hands-on experience with debugging the interoperation of VTC bridges and end points, as well as experience setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting AV equipment (displays, microphones, sound boards etc.) Installing, configuring, and maintaining VTC endpoints. Installing and configuring VTC applications, system software and upgrades. Troubleshooting and repairing hardware and network connectivity issues. Removing old equipment and performing data migration to new machines. Supporting AV requirements for Command events and ceremonies.
The Audio Visual/VTC Facilitator is responsible for maintaining, analyzing, and troubleshooting hardware, software, computer peripherals, and AV equipment. Assist employees via remote access, phone, or in person. May also mentor or train other Audio Visual/VTC Technicians. Candidates need excellent problem-solving and customer service skills, as well as extensive experience with desktop hardware, software applications, operating systems, and network connectivity. They must be customer service-oriented and proactive in anticipating and resolving problems while maximizing efficient use of resources.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Currently hole an adjudicated Top Secret/SCI Clearance and be able to maintain.
DoD 8570 IAT Level II (Security + Certification, equal or higher)
HS and 5+ years' experience
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience working with basic networking to include foundations of Cisco Routers and Switches
CCNA-Video
ITIL v3/v4 - Foundation
CTS (Certified Technology Specialist)
AMX/Crestron/ThinkLogical Certifications
Adaptable to changing circumstances and operational needs
Understanding of Department of Defense Military standards
Experience with DoD IT security requirements

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$39,900-$79,900
