HOW A SHAREPOINT CONTENT ADMINISRATOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Design, develop, and coordinate the implementation and support of the client's SharePoint environments, including performing testing and quality assurance of SharePoint applications, workflows, and integration services related to the client's implementation of SharePoint and related technologies.Develops standards and citywide best practices for developing SharePoint and Office 365 applications.
Develops, documents, and implements standards, policies, and guidelines for the use of SharePoint and incorporates relevant elements of such policies into system design.
Designs and develops sites, pages, lists, views, and functions for the City's Intranet and other SharePoint sites.
Leads end-users, division representatives and management in understanding and documenting functional business requirements and workflows. Recommends improvements leveraging SharePoint technologies to solve day-to-day challenges.
Develops plans to migrate existing electronic data and business practices to SharePoint.
Assists in creating new applications and dashboard solutions for the Intranet and other SharePoint sites to improve enterprise communications and collaboration.
Works collaboratively with vendors and technical staff including Systems Administrators, Network Engineers, Security Officer, Systems Analysts, and Web Developers to build and maintain a robust SharePoint environment.
Evaluates and recommends products and services to meet business needs.
Researches and applies emerging information technology trends, products and services in support of SharePoint solutions.
Prepares system documentation, computer training materials and user manuals.
Trains end-users on SharePoint.
Support the review and analysis of any new requests for SharePoint services in order to provide scope and level of effort information to program and project managers.
Works independently or as part of a team to solve complex problems, deploy solutions, and assist with client / end user requirements.
As a part of the team, ensure that deployed solutions are IAW the most current proven practices, efficiently designed with end user experience in mind, and any adequately tested after any patches, hotfixes, and version upgrades are implemented.
Provide guidance to customer during all phases of projects related to SharePoint development and maintenance.
Provide consistent, thorough documentation of SharePoint guides as needed.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Required Experience : 6+ years of related experience either Military or Civilian Equivalent
Security Clearance Level: Active TS/SCI clearance
Required Skills and Abilities:
Building, maintaining, and supporting Microsoft technologies and related platforms: SharePoint 2016/2019/Online.
Location: On Customer Site - Tampa, FL

The likely salary range for this position is $81,600 - $110,400. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
