Job Title: Software Engineer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer with over 3 years of experience in C++ development and an active Department of Defense (DoD) clearance. Join our innovative team and contribute to cutting-edge projects that support national security and defense initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain software applications using C++.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and specifications.
Implement and optimize algorithms for performance and scalability.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.
Ensure software compliance with DoD standards and security protocols.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
Document software designs, code, and processes for future reference and maintenance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of professional experience in C++ development.
Active DoD clearance is required.
Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with other programming languages such as Python or Java.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Knowledge of software security best practices.
Experience with embedded systems or real-time software development.
