Targeting Analyst Senior
Our work depends on a Senior-level Targeting Analyst, to serve in support of defense analytical requirements for a Combatant Command (CCMD), Joint Intelligence Operations Center (JIOC).
HOW A SENIOR-LEVEL TARGETING ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Produce timely, relevant all-source analysis to support the identification, characterization, and targeting of adversarial entities across the CENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR).
Develop comprehensive products that detail the functionality of adversarial systems and networks, identifying critical factors that enable their capabilities and potential vulnerabilities.
Utilize a wide range of IT software applications to analyze data, detect key nodes and linkages within adversary networks, and identify high-value targets.
Possess a solid understanding of the intelligence cycle and the ability to craft collection requirements to fill critical intelligence gaps and providing meaningful feedback to collectors.
Develop finished intelligence products that support the development of kinetic (military force) and non-kinetic (non-military) targeting strategies for use by military, law enforcement, interagency partners, and host nation forces.
Foster collaboration by networking with DIA/IC counterparts and stakeholders to ensure efficient information sharing and a unified targeting approach.
Maintain clear communication channels with relevant CENTCOM Divisions and Directorates.
Adheres to strict security protocols to safeguard classified information and ensure information security.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Security Clearance Level: TS / SCI, with favorable polygraph.
US Citizenship Required
Desired Education and Experience: Master's degree with 12 yrs related experience or Bachelor's degree with a total of 17 yrs experience as a substitute to the Master's degree. At least a portion of your experience must be in the last 2 yrs.
Required: In-depth understanding of the intelligence cycle and targeting methodologies. Strong analytical skills with the aptitude to translate complex information into actionable intelligence.
Preferred: Expertise in writing clear, concise, and well-organized intelligence reports following DNI/DIA analytic tradecraft standards. CENTCOM intelligence experience.

The likely salary range for this position is $93,500 - $126,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
