Collection and Targeting Specialist (Team Lead)
Our work depends on an Intelligence Operations and Synchronization Specialist Team Lead to serve in support of administrative and intelligence tasks for a Combatant Command (CCMD), Directorate of Intelligence J2.
HOW AN INTELLIGENCE COLLECTION AND TARGETING SPECIALIST TEAM LEAD WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Serves as the Sr Intel Collection and Targeting, Team Lead, on a large, Joint Intelligence Operations program in support of the USCENTCOM Area of Operations
Supports and performs functions related to ISR planning, operations, and assessments.
Collaborates with analysts to identify intelligence needs and develop tailored collection strategies aligned with USCENTCOM priorities.
Updates requestors on the status of collection requirements, fostering transparency and informed decision-making.
Develops and delivers briefings and training materials related to ISR operations, effectively communicating complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Develops and maintains a comprehensive ISR dashboard, visualizing critical information like the effectiveness of various Multi-INT disciplines.
Engages in research and development to enhance methods of communicating and visualizing key ISR data, enabling stakeholders to understand trends and key information.
Conducts assessments of single and multi-INT collection platforms, detailing their effectiveness in achieving objectives and supporting MoEs/MoPs.
Engages in routine communication with the customer on both mission and administrative deliverables.
Identifies and implements corrective action plans, timely identification of issues and effective management of contractors assigned to the Intelligence and Operations Synchronization Division.
Engages in technical, administrative supervision and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to the Intelligence Operations and Synchronization Division.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Security Clearance Level: TS / SCI, with favorable poly.
US Citizenship Required
Education / Required Experience: Master's Degree with 12 years related experience or Bachelor's Degree with a total of 17yrs experience as a substitute to the Master's Degree
Required: Must attempt the CCMP-F within 1 yr, task management and prioritization skills, ISR expertise
Preferred : CENTCOM Intelligence Experience

The likely salary range for this position is $110,500 - $149,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
