Job Description/Essential Functions:

This position is contingent upon contract award
The Systems Engineer oversees the organization's systems infrastructure, including the design, development, support, and maintenance of hardware and software.
Responsibilities:
Evaluates, recommends, and implements automated training tools and strategies.
Assesses, designs, and conceptualizes test scenarios, approaches, objectives, plans, tools and other state of the art technologies related to test and evaluation requirements.
Designs, implements, and conducts training and exercise procedures to ensure user requirements are met.
Develops, maintains, and upgrades automated test scripts and architectures for application products; writes, implements, and reports status for system training and exercise use cases
Analyzes training and exercise use cases to determine requirements
Serves as subject matter specialist providing training and exercise know-how for the support of user requirements of complex to highly complex software/hardware applications
Directs and/or participates in all phases of training and exercise assessments and with emphasis on analysis of user requirements, training design and tools selection.
CTT Event Designer will be used during the planning, wargame, analysis and outbrief of the CTT.
Minimum Requirements:
A bachelors in engineering or related field.
5-10 years of related experience
Clearance requirement: TS/SCI
