Job Description/Essential Functions:

BRC provides "best-value" technical and management solutions to a diverse government and commercial customer base in the following key business areas: test & evaluation, systems analysis & integration, security & intelligence, and R&D.
This position is contingent upon contract award
The Systems Engineer oversees the organization's systems infrastructure, including the design, development, support, and maintenance of hardware and software.
Responsibilities:
Analyzing, designing, and integrating hardware, software, man-machine interfaces, and all system-level requirements to provide an integrated IT solution. This includes developing integrated system test requirements, strategies, devices, and systems, as well as directing overall system-level testing.
Formulates and defines system scope and objectives, devising or modifying procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity, limitations, operating time, and desired results.
Work closely with project managers, developers, and end-users to ensure application designs meet business requirements, preparing detailed specifications for programs.
This role extends to assisting in the design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
A bachelors in engineering or related field.
5-10 years of related experience
Clearance requirement: TS/SCI
