Quiet Professionals , LLC? is seeking ? an Electronic Surveillance Security Team (ESST) member who will develop and provide training for local users of the ESS system, explain proper operation of the ESS and IDS systems, and support security and support personnel with day-to-day operations and special missions. The role involves ensuring the installation, maintenance, and compliance of IDS and ESS systems.
Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and provide training to local users on the ESS system.
Explain proper operation of the ESS and IDS systems being installed.
Provide ESS and IDS training to all assigned security and support personnel for day-to-day operations and special missions.
Be knowledgeable about procedures for controlling, issuing, maintaining , and programming access control cards within the ESS system.
Monitor the installation and maintenance of the IDS to ensure compliance with DoD Manual 5240.01.
Ensure all sensors are tested periodically, account data is accurate, and serve as the first-line ESS systems administrator and maintenance manager.
Ensure compliance of the ESS system by the contractor.

Knowledge of state-of-the-art intrusion detection systems (IDS), including LAN operations, equipment, and computer-assisted design software for operating and maintaining IDS.
Full understanding of the function and responsibilities of various installation access points.
Current TS/SCI clearance.
1 to 3 years of experience in similar roles involving electronic surveillance and access control, either in industry or working for the U.S. Government. This experience requirement can be substituted by at least 2 years of former military service and a bachelor's degree.
