General Position Description
The Intern will perform the duties of a technician, and will be responsible for the setup, configuration, operation and maintenance of Conti Federal Services' corporate network and server systems.
This position will have a heavy emphasis end-user technical support, maintaining user domain accounts, and performing onboarding/offboarding duties. It will also include the management of data backup, disaster recovery, security policy implementation, along with management of cloud servers and other services.
In addition, the intern will be responsible for assisting in the rapid mobilization of project sites throughout the United States and international locations. This includes establishing Internet connectivity, and the provisioning of network equipment, VoIP telephones, and printers. These tasks will require both self-performed and subcontracted work. Domestic and international travel opportunities may be available.
The Intern will also coordinate with the Technology department to rapidly resolve problems and support business operations.
