Job Title: Electronic Technician

Our Client:
Our client is a leading aerospace and defense contractor. This is a temporary position (W2 Only) in Oldsmar, FLand is an excellent opportunity for the right individual. The contract is expected to last approximately 1 year. With the opportunity to convert permanently. This role is on-site, so you should be comfortable commuting to Oldsmar.Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
· Set up test apparatus and conduct tests on electronic assemblies and units.
· Assemble and lay out production equipment per design specifications.
· Adjust, calibrate, and troubleshoot systems, replacing components as needed.
· Use hand tools, power tools, and testing devices to perform duties.
· Analyze test results and suggest improvements or modifications.
· Assist engineers in developing test procedures for new products.
· Troubleshoot Analog and Digital circuitry to the component level using schematics.
· Perform RF testing and work with Radar Systems.
· Utilize measurement devices like Digital Multi-meters, Oscilloscopes, and Signal Generators.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of Solid State devices and micro-circuitry.
Extensive RF Testing experience, including familiarity with Radar Systems.
Proficient in the use of Digital Multi-meters, Oscilloscopes, Network Analyzers, Frequency Standards, Signal Generators, and RF Power Meters.
Experience working in a dynamic production environment.
Ability to troubleshoot to the component level and work with both Analog and Digital circuitry.
Familiarity with statistical process control procedures is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with design and development of test procedures for new products.
Knowledge of product improvements and manufacturing modifications.
