Primary Purpose:
Candidate will provide support to internal policy and procedure development, office management, personnel records management, task allotment and tracking, and quality control. Candidate must have at least ten (10) years of experience in office management, task management (ETMS2, TMT or CATMS), and/or quality control. Additionally, Candidate must have a thorough understanding of DoD civilian and military administrative requirements, staff procedures, and intermediate level experience using various office software such as MS SharePoint, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and government tasking systems. The Contractor must have the ability to: 1) understand tasker requirements and deliverables and be able to clearly provide the information to others; 2) ensure all tasker requirements and deliverables are complete prior to submission to the USSOCOM government lead; 3) communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing; and 4) develop and present briefing charts.
Job Description/Function:
Draft, review, or recommend changes to internal policies, operations, and standard operating procedures for the Directorate.
Advise on implications of administrative regulations, directives, and policies as they relate to all USSOCOM functions.
Manage and track all Directorate formal taskers received via the Agency's tasking system of record. Ensure a primary and backup are available.
Coordinate and/or participate in Directorate/Department and interagency events, meetings, and working groups.
Provide executive administrative support to include supporting the completion of various administrative tasks, editing, and filing documents.
Prepare various briefings.
Manage mail distribution.
Assist in processing and reviewing official government travel authorizations and vouchers in the travel system.
Assist in processing, tracking, and routing Government staff and military personnel evaluations, performance support forms, and awards.
Provide updates to Mission Data Reporting System (MDRS), Significant Activities Reports (SARs), and other event tracking tools required for mission-related events. Distribute and submit approved reports.
Manage correspondence processes, development, and submission of coordinated responses for a wide range of actions.
Submit meeting minutes as requested.
Education and Experience:
Highly functional with Microsoft Office, to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as Adobe Acrobat, and e-mail.
Proficient with Task Management Tools.
Familiarity with the Defense Travel System (DTS).
Must be able to occasionally lift equipment, material, and supplies weighing up to 20 pounds.
Must possess and maintain a a TS with SCI eligibility security clearance.
