Location: Associate Manager Software Engineering - Remote to Maine
Essential Job Functions:
Provide guidance, code reviews, and technical support to a team of software engineers in developing software products and solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, ensuring the successful delivery of software projects.
Contribute to executing the software engineering strategy, participating in strategic discussions and technology assessments.
Manage project tasks and assignments, helping to prioritize and plan work to meet project goals.
Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and budgets to ensure efficient execution.
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, working to resolve issues as they arise.
Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience
Min of 4 years with the following languages
Java, older versions, and modern versions,
JavaScript
Java Server Faces (JSF)
Java Server Pages (JSP)
VB6 and http://VB.NET
IBM NET.DATA
SQL including PL/SQL
UNIX/AIX command line and scripting
Perl scripting
?Min of 4 years with the technologies
IBM WebSphere, older versions especially
Oracle WebLogic and ADF development
Oracle databases, older versions and modern versions
Oracle Data Integrator
Oracle DRDA (database technology integrator)
Oracle Forms 6
iSeries AS400
DB2 for i database
DB2ii (database technology integrator)
Other Qualifications:
Advanced degree in a related field is a plus
Relevant certifications or training a plus

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $100,500 - $186,700.
Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
