Essential Job Functions:
Contribute to the development and execution of the sales enablement strategy, ensuring alignment with the sales team's objectives.
Lead the design and delivery of sales training programs, focusing on content creation and development.
Collaborate with sales leaders to assess training needs and determine priorities.
Analyze sales performance data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend changes.
May manage a team of sales enablement professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
Assist in identifying and implementing sales enablement technology solutions.
Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales enablement programs.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives to senior management.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role
Proven experience in sales and sales enablement
Proficiencies in sales strategy, training, and technology
A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Other Qualifications:
Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
Relevant certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP), Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP), is a plus
Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $114,200 - $212,000.
Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
