The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a cleared Cyber Security Engineer who will provide overarching Cybersecurity engineering guidance and perform accreditation tasks in support of initial Authorization to Operate of networks, as well as continuous monitoring tasks to support the ongoing operation and maintenance of the networks once accredited.
Remote and OCONUS Travel - High Point, NC; Southwest Asia (SWA), Kuwait/Jordan; South Korea; Hawaii; Guam; Alaska; Kwajalein Atoll.
Responsibilities:
Provide authoritative Cybersecurity engineering for system accreditation through the development, engineering, integration, and testing of all components of the system.
Work with other members of the CACI project team and the Government's Cyber Security team to ensure the security of the system in all environments (development and operations).
Support efforts to obtain Authority to Operate (ATO), external IT audits, continuous monitoring, and for supporting the use of emerging technologies in CACI and customer environments.
Prepare reports and required deliverables, attend client and staff meetings.
Investigate network device and information security incidents to determine extent of compromise to national security information and automated information systems.
Configure and validate secure systems, tests security products/systems to detect computer and information security weakness.
Generate security architecture documentation and provide critical written and verbal analyses of previously generated security architecture documentation and vulnerability and risk assessments.
Design and implement plans of action and milestones to remediate findings from vulnerability and risk assessments.
? Qualifications:
Required:
An active DoD Secret clearance required with ability to obtain Top Secret if necessary.
5 years relevant experience.
Bachelors Degree is required.
Knowledge of risk assessment tools, technologies, and methods including eMASS.
Knowledge of vulnerability management tools and techniques, including HBSS and ACAS (Nessus).
Knowledge to support designing secure networks, systems, and application architectures.
Knowledge to support planning, researching, and developing security policies, standards, and procedures.
Ability to communicate network security issues to peers and customers.
Proficient in Microsoft software applications and other software applications as required, including Microsoft SharePoint.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Good oral and written communications skills.
Systems integration knowledge.
Minimum DoD IAT/IAM level II certification.
100% OCONUS travel - High Point, NC; Southwest Asia (SWA), Kuwait/Jordan; South Korea; Hawaii; Guam; Alaska; Kwajalein Atoll.
Desired:
DoD IAM/IAT Level III certifications.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$68,400-$143,700
