Our work depends on a Ship Integration &Test (SI&T) Site Program Manager joining our team to support the Program Executive Office for Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS) activities.

As a SI&T Site Program Manager supporting PEO IWS, you will be trusted to bring together a multi-disciplinary team that is geographically dispersed to provide engineering planning, design, integration, installation, and test of Aegis Combat Systems (ACS) onboard ships post-construction and during maintenance availabilities. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the site-specific program to ensure that implementation and prescribed activities are carried out in accordance with specified objectives.
Specific responsibilities include:
Plan and develop methods and procedures for implementing the sites program, directs and coordinates sites activities, and exercises control over personnel responsible for specific functions or phases of test program.
Select test team personnel according to knowledge and experience in area with which program is concerned.
Confer with Contractor or Government staff to explain program and individual responsibilities for functions and phases of program.
Direct and coordinate personally, or through subordinate managerial personnel, activities concerned with implementation and carrying out objectives of program.
Review reports and records of activities to ensure progress is being accomplished toward specified program objective and modifies or changes methodology as required to redirect activities and attain objectives.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
A Bachelor of Arts or Science (BA/BS) in the relevant field and 10+ years of ship integration and test, operations management, or related experience (or 15+ years of experience without a degree).
A US DoD Secret security clearance is required.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of the larger GDIT Navy and Marine Corps Sector.
U.S. Citizenship is required.

The likely salary range for this position is $126,199 - $170,741. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
