Duties include but are not limited to:
Perform space acquisitions and technical advice and assistance for all projects and programs, as required, to support any stage of the acquisition life cycle.
Assist with management of the portfolio by providing information, advice, and recommendations for the effective alignment of portfolio acquisitions, manpower, and funding
Support development and implement acquisition strategies
Oversee high-value or high-risk procurement projects
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive procurement efforts
Develop policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the acquisition process
Perform in-depth research, reconcile complex data/information across multiple systems and reports, interpret information to generate multiple recommended courses of action, build staffing packages, comprehend and apply concepts/guidance, effectively implement instructions/policies into routine performance, and develop tools/applications to foster efficiency in day-to-day activities.

Must have experience in using critical thinking to prepare written reports and presentations for decision makers.
