PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking a Quality Test Spec 3, in NAS Lemoore, CA.
Job Description:
Performs setup for specialized non-destructive test or measurement equipment.
Develops procedures and processes.
Performs tests or inspections and collects data.
Documents, analyzes and communicates results and assists with corrective action recommendations.
Provides feedback on adverse trends. Responsible for non-destructive testing and acceptance of repairs to company products.
Conducts certification preparation training.
REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years Non-destructive inspections
Position is 80% Quality Assurance
Critical and Analytical skills.
Any type of maintenance experiment is okay
Active Secret Clearance Required
Up to 25% of travel- international and domestic
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
Aviation/Aircraft Maintenance
Education/Experience:
Typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+1 years' related work experience, 5 years' related work experience, etc.).
