Description: Lockheed Martin Space in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking an experienced full-time Systems Integration & Test Engineer for the ATLO (Assembly, Test, and Launch Operations) organization. This position will support the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) Missile Integration Lab (MIL). The MIL is a one of a kind electrical test lab utilized for missile system electrical and functional testing. This position will include becoming an official Certified Test Conductor (CTC) within ATLO.
As a System Integration and Test Engineer, your daily tasks will include:
Technical Lead of test and integration activities for FBM in the Missile Integration Lab in Sunnyvale.
Lead the daily operation of the MIL facility including property coordinator, security coordinator, facility coordinator.
Plan the daily, weekly, and long-term MIL schedule.
Collaborate with FBM partners to plan and prepare for tests utilizing the MIL unique Missile Test capability.
Be the key resource for the MIL facility on test planning and operations.
Perform as the Lead CTC directing MIL test operations.
Responsible for understanding and complying with applicable LM Space and FBM processes and standards.

Basic Qualifications:
BS in Engineering/ Aerospace Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college.
Experience in Test including Electrical and EMC/EMI.
Experience briefing program management.
Possess strong, demonstrated leadership and the ability to work with personnel from diverse backgrounds and disciplines both internal and external to the organization.
Must have an Active Top Secret security clearance.
Desired Skills:
Experience in Test Plan development and spacecraft/missile operations and test.
Previous or present FBM experience with emphasis on Test and Verification.
Understanding and experience with testing of EMI/EMC per MIL Standard 461, 464
Understanding of Automation Framework.
Understanding of Linux, Matlab, Labview, MS Office.
Understanding of basic Shell scripting
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to understand a complex issue and recommend/take corrective action.
Understanding of the FBM FRB processes.
Open and receptive attitude of customer requirements.
Understanding of FBM Reentry systems.
Strong mechanical background including hydraulics, pneumatics, hardware, and packaging.
Strong electrical/electronic background including cable fabrication, Aerospace connector systems, digital and analog troubleshooting.
Proficient in orchestrating the complete design process for both mechanical and electrical projects, including a comprehensive comprehension of seamless integration and rigorous testing at each stage.
Proficient in electronic system design, encompassing circuit simulation through to PCB layout development.
Skilled in mechanical design, encompassing the creation of detailed mechanical drawings and the selection of appropriate materials.
RF test background and understanding of antenna systems, signal generator, network analyzer, spectrum analyzer.
Test Engineer and/or Certified Test Conductor
Willing to work overtime supporting off shifts and weekends in a 24/7 operations environment
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $82,200 - $157,500. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $94,500 - $178,000. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
