PRIMARY PURPOSE : To manage and provide risk mitigation services to multiple clients and associations; to develop and participate in delivery of the client risk control service plans; to manage large engagements requiring multiple analysts; to specialize in one or more fields or areas of client need; to facilitate risk mitigation methods, procedures and programs; to communicate risk mitigation information; to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of programs; to identify service options ensuring optimum results; to serve as liaison to vendors, insurance markets and other parties; and to lead the development of new business, products and client retention.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
Identifies, analyzes and evaluates conditions and practices including (but not limited to) incident analysis, program audits and reviews, and regulatory compliance issues.
Develops risk mitigation programs and procedures to include (but not limited to) development of policy, standards, procedures, risk reduction strategies, training, and application of applicable vendors; serves as local liaison with vendors, insurance markets, and other parties; and identifies service options.
Communicates information to include loss reports, presentations, analyses and interpretation, and advice and counsel.
Measures current knowledge of and adheres to Company internal policies and procedures, corporate directives, and standard operating procedures
Measures and evaluates risk through cost benefit analyses, statistics, audits, and project management; measures and evaluates effectiveness of programs.
Works with sales team in developing prospects into clients.
Participates on local level in activities for the advancement of the profession.

Supports the organization's quality program(s).
Travels as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing
Bachelor's degree with major in technically related field from an accredited college or university preferred. Professional certification preferred and may be required in some jurisdictions.
Experience
Eight (8) years of related risk services experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Client management experience preferred.

As required by law, Sedgwick provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in jurisdictions requiring pay transparency in job postings. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and cost of specific location. For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is $86,610.00 to $121,254.00 USD annual salary . A comprehensive benefits package is offered including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, 401k and matching, PTO, disability and life insurance, employee assistance, flexible spending or health savings account, and other additional voluntary benefits.
