Description
LinQuest is seeking a Systems Integration Engineer to join our team in El Segundo, CA. An active TS/SCI is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Next Gen Polar program in the Space Sensing PEO in managing system engineering integration activities.
Provide technical assessment identifying any discrepancies between actual and planned performance to include any deviations in cost, schedule, quality and all resulting impacts.
Provide detailed reports of progress with technical evaluation of risk and impact. Identify and elevate technical and programmatic challenges.
Identify, document and report technical status/performance relating to the assembly, integration and test of system payloads and spacecraft baselines.
Collect data and provide comprehensive analysis on existing development programs within the Next Gen program.
Required Skills and Experience:
Technical Bachelor's degree
8+ years directly applicable experience
Experience working in or supporting assembly, integration and test of system payloads and spacecraft
Able to design, analyze, and report out on spacecraft and payload hardware to provide in-depth technical assessments and identify issues and risks.
Excellent communication skills, customer relationship and technical skills.
Experienced with program technical, schedule, and cost activities.
Ability to develop solutions for complex technical issues with limited supervision.
US Citizenship and a TS/SCI Security Clearance are required for the position
Compensation: The salary for this position ranges from approximately $150,000 to $165,000 depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
