Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Intelligent Transport System Lead to join our team. Intelligent Transport System Lead Oversees the implementation and maintenance of ITS solutions, coordinating withvendors and aligning with strategic goals
What You'll Be Doing:
Strategic Leadership: Guide the ITS team to achieve project objectives by providing strategic vision, planning, and oversight.
Technology Integration: Identify and recommend advanced ITS technologies and solutions that can enhance system efficiency and safety.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with public agencies, local governments, and private stakeholders to align ITS projects with regional transportation objectives.
Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Quality Control: Establish quality assurance processes and oversee the review of ITS design and implementation plans.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 15+ years of experience in ITS project management, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
Expertise in ITS technologies, transportation planning, and systems integration.
Strong understanding of regional, national, and international ITS standards.
