Salary band $110,000 to $130,000
Job Description:
Supports the development of program acquisition documentation such as Acquisition Plans (AP), Acquisition Strategy Reports (ASR), Procurement Initiation Document (PID), Statement of Work (SOW), funding documents, Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), and Acquisition Program Baseline Agreements (APBA). Assess program procedures, practices, philosophies, and documentation for compliance with specifications, contracts; and mission requirements. Attends, participates, supports, analyzes, provides input, develops, prepares and reports on briefs, point papers, reports, correspondence, meetings, conferences, and review boards.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Develop plans of action and milestones (POA&Ms), programmatic strategies and recommendations to advise the PMO on cost, schedule, and performance issues.
Support development, coordination, analysis, review, maintenance, and tracking of applicable acquisition documents for PMO programs and projects
Develop documentation in accordance with Federal, DoD, DoN, NAVWAR, and PEO C4I acquisition requirements
Prepare, review and update program documentation in support of Milestone Decisions/reviews to reflect the current program status in appropriate formats
Prepare and maintain organizational metrics and required DoD, DoN, and PMO reports (e.g., ASN (RD&A) Information System, Program Health and Risk Report)
Prepare for review Technology Transition Agreements (TTA) and Transition Assessment Reviews (TAR)
Assist in the preparation of briefings, decision papers and other documentation for decision authorities and sponsors
Develop capability and technology road maps
Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of recent and relevant professional experience performing the duties and responsibilities listed above
Proficient knowledge of MS Office software
Desired Qualifications
DAWIA Level II or III in program management or similar (e.g., PMP)
