Description: This MFC Security position will lead the MFC Executive Protection program by assisting the Security Director in the planning, coordinating and providing security for senior Lockheed Martin Executives and special assignments. In addition, this role will be responsible for conducting investigations, threat assessments, physical security for events, security of executive residence and LM sites, and overall support to the Security Risk Operations team.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Executive Protection Lead your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Lead, plan, and coordinate executive protection operations for senior Lockheed Martin executives.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the safety and security of high-level personnel during travel and events
Develop and implement security strategies that address potential threats, risks, and vulnerabilities
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, identifying and mitigating risks to executives in various settings
Budget Management
Provide expert investigations and analysis support to Counterintelligence, Investigations, and Threat Management to safeguard company personnel and assets
Ensure all protection operations comply with company protocols and legal requirements while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and discretion

Basic Qualifications:
Must possess a secret clearance including an investigation within 6 years, with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.
Proven experience in executive protection
Proven tactical driving and navigational capabilities
Knowledge and experience in law enforcement procedures and processes.
Demonstrated ability to meet physical requirements for potential protective actions
Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage complex protection operations
Ability to assess and respond to security threats in dynamic environments
Prior investigations experience
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Desired Skills:
First Aid/AED/CPR Certified
Prior Leadership Experience
Technical Security Experience
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
