Basic Qualifications:
Degree in progress in psychology, sociology, social science, cognitive science, human factors engineering, or related field
Sustained excellence in academic performance
Ability and willingness to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI level security clearance, including polygraph
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated interest in relevant topics: national security policy, the organizations of the intelligence community and their roles, counterintelligence and security, insider risk management and threat mitigation, human-focused security and cybersecurity, information security, etc.
Excellent critical thinking, analytical, written, and oral communication skills
An inquisitive, self-motivated and flexible approach to problem-solving
Significant academic background or prior work experience in a relevant field
Deep knowledge of and experience in applying qualitative and quantitative research methods
Demonstrated technical skills as applied to counterintelligence requirements with a strong knowledge of the intelligence community and counterintelligence processes
Existing Top Secret or higher clearance
