CACI is seeking a talented and highly motivated Contracts professional to support the Advanced Solutions Group (ASG), sitting in Chantilly, VA. This position will be the Contracts person responsible for a seven-year single-award IDIQ mission technology contract, with a large ceiling, for the U.S. Navy, delivering Shipboard Offensive Electromagnetic Attack/Electromagnetic Warfare (EA/EW) and Cyber Operations. ASG delivers highly specialized systems for DoD, national, and civilian customers and sustains end-to-end mission solutions worldwide. This position will be the Contracts person responsible a large $1B+ US Navy Program delivering Shipboard Offensive Electromagnetic Attack/Electromagnetic Warfare (EA/EW) and Cyber Operations. ASG delivers industry leading Signals Intelligence exploitation and Electronic Warfare (SIGINT/EW) products that enable our nation's tactical warfighters to effectively utilize distributed grids of networked sensors, assets, and platforms to perform a variety of critical national security driven missions.
Within CACI, the Contracts function is entrusted with building trust and respect with our acquisition customers. Contracts serves as the official face of CACI, performing negotiations and contract management duties in all phases of our Programs, from pre-award through the full development, production, and sustainment lifecycle. The Contracts function is a strategic business partner responsible for building lasting relationships and delivering balanced and equitable business deals thus ensuring the long-term, mutual success of the of CACI and its Customers. As such, the ideal candidate will be able to impact business outcomes, collaborate across the business and with other functions, cultivate relationships with DoD, Intelligence, and Commercial Customers and shape and draft creative business solutions.
Based on the position's requirement to access the portfolio's classified data and to communicate with customers, this position will require some work to be performed in a secure facility (SCIF). Working closely and in person with the Program Office is essential; however, occasional remote work will be available.
Responsibilities:
Be the point of contact internally and externally for all contractual matters for the program
Provide government contractual expertise and leadership to the program;
Build and maintain relationships with the Government Contracting Officer or Prime Contractor;
Negotiate price, terms, and conditions with clients;
Negotiate NDAs and TAs;
Participate in the development and review of proposals;
Establish excellent working relationships with Program Managers and other internal stake holders;
Conduct OCI screenings;
Perform risk assessments and recommending mitigation approaches;
Interpret contract terms and handling subsequent issues;
Coordinate with CACI Export team for processing export licenses and documentation; and
Actively participate in client meetings and reviews.
Additionally, the Contracts Manager will:
Work independently on larger, moderately complex projects/assignments to include proposals and contract risk reviews;
Apply business acumen and Government acquisition knowledge to develop opportunity shaping and negotiation strategies;
Proactively advise management of contractual rights, obligations, and risks;
Support and lead negotiations;
Ensure compliance with CACI Contracts policies and guidelines as well as with US Government regulations; and
Influence internal and external stakeholders through use of facts, policies, and acquisition best practices.

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$71,500 - $150,200
