The Opportunity:
CACI is looking to hire a Software Integrated Product Team (IPT) lead to join our team. This leadership role is in support of the U.S. Navy Spectral Program.?Spectral is a seven-year $1.2B program to provide the U.S. Navy's next-generation SIGINT, EMW, and IO weapon system. The Spectral system is critical to the ability for our forces to fight and win in the increasingly sophisticated and complex EW threats of our adversaries.?
In this position, you will be the Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead for the software infrastructure group. The Infrastructure Team uses an Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate the creation, deployment, and maintenance of the software infrastructure of the system. The infrastructure includes the Common Hosting Environment (CHE), which is used my multiple CACI programs.
You will be a key player in keeping our nation safe and empowering and protecting our warfighters.?
Responsibilities:
In an Agile/SAFe approach, serve as the product owner proxy of the customer for the software infrastructure.
Provide leadership and direction to IPT.
Coordinate and collaborate with other IPTs for successful program increment deliveries.
Create and maintain epics, stories, and tasks in Jira for the software infrastructure team.
Prioritize epics, stories, tasks, and defects in Jira for the software infrastructure team.
Perform system engineering for requirements management, analysis of alternatives (AoAs) and other required studies.
Work with IPT Technical Lead to maintain and update infrastructure architecture and design, including documentation updates.
Work with Scheduling Team to manage and update Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for infrastructure schedule tasks.
Provide proposal task estimates and basis of estimates (BOEs) for Infrastructure Team tasks.
Work with the Quality Assurance Team to ensure compliance with the Software Development Plan (SDP).
Monitor progress metrics and quality/workmanship of the Infrastructure Team. Identify and execute corrective actions as necessary.
Maintain and update software infrastructure roadmap.
Brief Infrastructure Team technical, quality and schedule status to internal and customer stakeholders at periodic meetings.
Provide information for program Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables.
Participate in hiring and onboarding process for new team members.
Coordinate development and use of CHE across multiple programs.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelors in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and/or Electrical Engineering.
15+ years of related experience, including mastery of a system programming language such as Java, C/C++, etc.
12 years of Project management experience.
Active TS/SCI security clearance with experience working on US Government contracts.
Experience leading software development teams and mentoring junior software engineers.
Proven delivery of production-grade software solutions that include security, diagnostics, maintainability, scalability, auditing, and complex multi-layer troubleshooting.
Experience preparing documentation for customer deliverables that include Software Requirements and Design, Interface Control Documents, and artefacts in support of Preliminary and Critical Design Reviews (PDR/CDR).
Experience working with Jira, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
Ability to thrive in an Agile teaming environment.
Desired:
Experience with building and deploying software solutions using cloud-native architectures (e.g., AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, IaaS/PaaS, Ansible, etc.) **.
Experience with networking configuration (e.g., routers, switches, etc.)
Experience working on signals processing technology projects.
Experience working within a large Navy Program.
Experience managing a large program for any US Government agency.
Experience with Web technologies such as Javascript/React, HTML5, and CSS.
Working knowledge of signal processing fundamentals.**

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$104,200-$229,200
