Job Description:
Apex Systems, a World-Class Technology Solutions Provider, is currently
hiring for a Senior SIGINT Systems Engineer on behalf of their client. Ideal

Position: Senior SIGINT Systems Engineer - 202733
Security Clearance Required: TS/SCI
Pay Rate Range: $50/hr-$90/hr
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis
and may vary depending on the following considerations: job-related
knowledge and skills, education, and experience
Location: Aurora, CO
Basic Qualifications:
Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology,
Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior
relevant experience.
Experience with generating DoDAF architecture views with Cameo
Experience with Agile or DevOps development
Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret/SCI security
clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as
only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with systems engineering principles and activities on a large
government software development contract
Experience being part of a highly integrated team working closely with
Software and Integration teams
Experience in SIGINT and/or Digital communications
Experience in the RF domain
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of administration
Responsibilities:
Perform system engineering analyses including trade studies, use case
development, system and operational requirements, interface architecture
and ConOps, and requirement/system validation.
Support definition of operations concepts and procedure planning/
development, interfacing with personnel from other organizations.
Provide technical direction and clarification of requirements to software
teams and test personnel.
Attend technical interchange meetings with the team members and other
program personnel and represents the organization in matters pertaining to the
maintenance of his/her project.
Define external and internal interfaces
Provide document review and resolves technical systems engineering and
integration issues.
Support ECP efforts as required.
Provide support in a software development systems engineering role using
Agile methodology
Interacting with customers and end-users
Providing and briefing status to program management and customers
