Cyberspace Operations Instructor (Onsite)
As a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business, Epsilon is proud to participate in the DOD SkillBridge program assisting U.S. Service Members in their transition from active duty to a civilian career. Our Skillbridge program is designed to develop and enhance proficiencies in complex subject matter areas related to Cyberspace Operations (CO), learn effective training delivery methods and procedures, and provide classroom support.
Who is eligible?
Active-Duty United States Military Service Members and select groups of the National Guard and the Reserves who are approved by their command to participate the DOD SkillBridge program within 180-days of their End of Service (EOS) date.
What location is available?
Epsilon's Cyberspace Operations (CO) Instructor SkillBridge Internship is located onsite at Corry Station in Pensacola, Florida.
What are our Cyberspace Operations Instructor internship initiatives?
Our CO Instructor SkillBridge Internship is designed to develop and enhance instructional and technical proficiencies in an onsite military training environment in support of the Joint Cyber Analysis Course (JCAC). SkillBridge participants will collaborate with and shadow experienced cyberspace technical instructors to enhance their understanding of complex subjects within Cyberspace Operations, while also mastering effective training methodologies and providing valuable classroom support.

Am I qualified?
To qualify for our CO Instructor Skillbridge Internship, you must:
Be a U.S. Military Service Member transitioning out of active duty and preapproved to participate in a DOD Skillbridge program.
Be located in, or relocating to Pensacola, Florida.
Hold an Active DOD TS/SCI CI Poly
Be available for 90 - 180 days of the Skillbridge internship
Meet both of the below standards to train as an instructor:
Instructor Qualification: Demonstrate the ability to effectively and efficiently lead a class from a presentation and interaction (technique) prospective.
Subject Matter Proficiency (SMP): Demonstrate the technical expertise (knowledge & skills) to effectively and efficiently impart course objectives to students. Must have technical experience in one or more of the above-mentioned training disciplines.

Upon completion of this questionnaire your responses will be reviewed to determine your eligibility to participate in the Epsilon SkillBridge program.
What happens after I submit the questionnaire?
If qualified for our CO Instructor internship:
You will be contacted to schedule an initial conversation with an Epsilon Recruiter.
If the recruiter conversation goes well, an interview with the sponsor team will be scheduled.
Following the interview, a decision will be made to extend an Internship Agreement or not, based on both parties' interest in moving forward.
If you do not meet the qualifications for our CO Instructor internship, you will be notified via email.
